Cheer.dev provides a policy-driven quality scoring platform that evaluates code components, tracks AI contributions, and provides release gate recommendations. The Service includes:

• Component quality scoring (0-10 scale)
• AI contribution tracking and trust metrics
• Policy configuration and enforcement
• Release gate automation
• Team intelligence and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not store your source code; we only analyze metadata and metrics.

8. Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Enterprise customers may be eligible for specific SLA terms as outlined in their enterprise agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheer.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
